Ms. Banaszczyk received a Master of Education and Master in Economics from Framingham State College and University of Lodz respectively. She is also a certified leader of Joyful You Joyful Child.
She earned Special Recognition for expressing a high standard of compassion and leadership of community services that improved the lives of youth from office of Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano in 2008.
Ms. Banaszczyk believes that learning should be an adventure, a source of discovery and fun. She believes that art and music are the perfect tools to help children to increase their self esteem and agree with the American Great Scientist George Washington Carver that: "a very large portion of every true student’s work must be outside the classroom".
